We use a laser to cut all of our wood words for precision and unbelievable detail. We made the unfinished holiday Seasons Greetings wood sign for someone that was making a holiday wreath. The cutout measures 12" x 3" and is available in either 1/8" or 1/4" thickness. We cut all of our wood products using Baltic Birch plywood for quality and strength. The laser will produce a light smoky residue on the surface of the wood. If you are painting your wood words, use a high quality craft paint and you can paint right over the residue. If you are staining your project, lightly sand the piece before you stain and the residue will come right off of the surface.
