If I register with your site, what are you going to do with my personal information?
We do not use your personal information in any way besides attempting to contact you regarding your order or order status. We will only add you to our email list if you opt in during checkout. We value your business and will not sell or distribute your information to anyone.
Do you have a catalog?
No, we do not publish a catalog and are Internet based only. We like to change our product variety and change products frequently and it is not cost effective for us to publish a catalog.
Do you ship international orders?
Yes, we ship worldwide every day. If you have an address, chances are we can get it to you!
How do we find out what the shipping charge is for an order?
Simply place the items in a cart and enter your shipping information. Prior to any purchase, you will be shown the shipping charges associated with your order?
Why are the shipping rates so high?
Shipping rates are based upon the actual weight and size of each package and where the package is being shipped. We do not increase the cost of our products in order to reduce the shipping charges that each customer pays. This is fair and equitable for each customer, you are not paying for another customers shipping and they are not paying for yours.
Do you do custom orders for products?
We have the ability to work with our suppliers for any product that you can dream of. However, it is not cost effective to do small custom orders and we are unable to do this for some products. Small is a relative term, but often a good minimum is a quantity of 1,000. We deal with many suppliers and in some cases the quantities are different.
Please contact us for additional assistance. We now have the ability to so custom work with a laser and can use that tool for many small projects involving cutting product such as thin wood, plastics and stencils. Let us know what you are thinking about and we will try to help you out!
How does your order system work?
We receive orders the second that the order is approved and placed. Our system generates an order confirmation immediately to the email address you have provided to us. The order is processed in our warehouse and shipped from our warehouse. Upon shipment, you receive a shipping confirmation from us that will provide tracking details. Please check the email box (including the spam file) for emails from us regarding product availability, delays or questions that we may have regarding your order.
Are the wood products finished?
Most of our products are sold as unfinished. If a product is finished, it will be specifically labeled as finished. Unfinished products may require some sanding before finishing and it is our recommendation that every product that we sell is sanded prior to painting, staining or finishing in order to achieve the best results. We sell the products that we use in the shop to finish our products and are fully knowledgeable and willing to share our techniques with you. Please call us and we will guide you through our process to save you time and money but most importantly achieve the best results!
Can we reciprocate links to your site?
This is something that we have not done in the past. We do not want to endorse any of our customers’ products because we have many competing customers and you are all valuable to us! However, we would love to have you join our Facebook group so that our customer base can find you and your product. We generate a great deal of traffic to our site and hope that you will be willing to help us and allow us to help you.
