We create all of our wood cutouts in our shop when you order them. Our school bus wood cutout comes in a variety of sizes and 2 thicknesses, 1/8" and 1/4". The small school bus is 4" x 2" and sold in a package of 10, the medium measures 8" x 4", the large measures 12" x 6" and the jumbo measures 18" x 9". All of the wooden bus cutouts are sold individually except for the small size. We originally drew the school bus cutout for a classroom that wanted to write some unique thank you's to their bus drivers.
We cut with high quality Baltic Birch plywood. The laser cuts with light and leaves a brown edge with a light smoky residue on the surface of the wood. A light sanding will remove the residue, but if you are painting, simply paint over the surface with a high quality craft paint.
Proudly made in the USA. We do not cut anything until you order, so these are always in stock and we are ready to make any changes that you need to the design.
