Our grill cutout was made for a BBQ competition as a base for the trophies. We designed the wooden grill cutout based on a classic BBQ grill that we all love and know. We make the wood grill cutout in a variety of sizes and 2 thicknesses, 1/8" and 1/4" thick wood. The small grill comes in a 4.75" x 5" size and is sold in a package of 10. The medium grill measures 7.5" x 8", the large is 11.25" x 12" and the jumbo is 17" x 18". Every size other than the small is sold individually. Each piece is laser cut from high quality Baltic Birch plywood. The edges will be brown (the laser cuts with light) and the top and bottom can have some smoke discoloration on the surface. The shapes are designed to be painted but the smoke will not affect paint adhesion. Call or email to discuss ideas for this shape or to have a custom shape made.
