We manufacture all of our own wood cutouts and shapes in our production area. If you are looking for any of the letters for a Greek life craft project, we have them available for you. The Greek Theta-shaped wood is available in heights from 1" to 14" and is cut from 1/8" or 1/4" Baltic Birch plywood. We had to specially design this Greek letter Theta because of the "floating" pieces. This letter will come in 3 pieces that need to be glued together to form the letter. We use this high quality plywood because it is void free and makes the best surface to paint. We cut with a laser for precision and detail which allows us to cut extremely thin slices of wood. An additional benefit to using a laser is that the product is splinter free. We can take these products directly out of the laser and send them out the door without having to do any additional finish work to them.
There is a light smoky residue on the surface of this Greek letter Theta adjacent to where the laser passes. You can paint over the top of the product with a high quality craft paint or lightly sand the material to remove the residue. Any of the letters may be customized to any size that you are looking for. We can also add a hole to make the product into an ornament if that is what you need at no additional cost.
