This is a product that is custom made when you order, so if you would like a different size, let us know and we can produce it for you. The standard size of this word is 4" x 2.5" x 1/8" thick and is constructed with high quality baltic birch plywood.
Any product that we cut with the laser will have a smooth, brown edge. The laser cuts with light and makes the edges brown and there may be a light smoke on the surface. These shapes are designed to be painted, the smoke will not cause any issues with paint adhesion.
