All of our wooden numbers in the Fangsong font are 100% American made. We cut each of the numbers that you receive in our shop when you order them. Each number is manufactured from high quality Baltic Birch plywood that is 1/8 or 1/4 inch thick. From small wood numbers to large wood numbers, Woodcrafter.com has you covered. We cut the wood numbers with a laser for precision, so the edges will be a dark brown and the face and back will have a light smoky residue on them from the cutting process. A light sanding would remove the residue if you want to. If you are going to paint the wood letters, you do not need to remove the residue at all. Just use a quality acrylic craft paint or a primer and paint and you will get perfect results every time.
For all of the wooden craft numbers that we sell, the dimension that you are looking at is the height of each letter, the width is variable with each letter and number.
