All of our custom cut wood letters are 100% American made. The font that we have here is called Copperplate Gothic Bold. We cut each of the letters that you receive in our shop when you order them, so they are always guaranteed to be in stock. Each Copperplate font wood letter is manufactured from high quality Baltic birch plywood that is 1/8 or 1/4 inch thick. The height of the wooden letters varies from 1" to 12", but we can custom make any size letter that you are looking for.

For all of the letters that we sell, the dimension that you are looking at is the height of each letter, the width is variable with each letter and number. Contact us and let us know if you have any special needs, want a different font or size or want something as simple as a hole put in each piece.
These Copperplate font wood letters are perfect for painting and adding to your craft projects, wood boxes or simply adhering to the wall. We recommend using high quality craft paints for painting any of our wood letters. The smoky residue that the laser leaves on the surface of the wood can easily be sanded off if you are staining the pieces or can just simply be painted over.
