This is a 1" Dowel Cap with a 1/4" hole drilled partially through with a slight flat area. Because this ball has a flat area, they are quite often used as doll heads or toy pulls. They are sometimes called a doll head bead. They are also perfect as legs on stools or drawer pulls. Sold in pacakges of 10.
